Meet Your Practitioner
Beka works with the intention of compassionate support in helping others heal. She is trained with techniques in breath work, restorative yoga, Thai massage, somatic processing and release. Coming from a place of deep understanding in the way the nervous system responds to stress, Beka will collaborate with her clients to create safety and resilience in the body.
